Fajar Nickel Alloys is a well-established Jakarta-based manufacturer and supplier of high-performing industrial products. Of its broad portfolio, Titanium Grade 7 Pipes stand out for their remarkable corrosion resistance—particularly in acid-bearing environments—and their outstanding mechanical strength. Engineered to withstand the exacting demands of chemical processing, marine, and aerospace industries, these pipes consistently deliver in some of the most challenging operating conditions. Fajar Nickel Alloys has rigorous quality control standards such that every product is international level. With an emphasis on durability, safety, and efficiency, Titanium Grade 7 Pipes offer durable solutions for high-priority industrial uses.
Titanium Grade 7 Pipes (DIN 3.7235 / UNS R52400) consist largely of 90–94% titanium, combined with 0.12–0.25% palladium, 0.2–0.4% iron, and 0.18–0.40% oxygen. The addition of palladium dramatically improves the material’s resistance to corrosion in extremely acidic and aggressive conditions. The pipes have a tensile strength of ~550 MPa, a yield strength of 400 MPa, and an elongation of 15%, which means they are strong yet ductile. At a density of 4.43 g/cm³, they have a wonderful strength-to-weight ratio. Their mechanical toughness and high anti-corrosive properties are perfect for high-stress, demanding applications.

Titanium Grade 7 Pipes are widely adopted in industries where corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are key. In the chemical processing industry, they are well-suited for handling very corrosive liquids and gases, particularly in acidic conditions. In the marine industry, they are extensively used in seawater systems, owing to saltwater corrosion resistance. Aerospace uses take advantage of their strength and light weightiness. They are also used in power generation, heat exchangers, and desalination plants, where the long-term presence of aggressive media and high temperatures is the norm. Their unbeatable reliability renders them as a first choice for high-performance applications.
