Fajar Nickel Alloys is a leading Indonesian manufacturer and supplier in Jakarta offering high-quality industrial metal products. Of its sophisticated range of products, Titanium Grade 6 Pipes are notable for their excellent strength, resistance to corrosion, and durability over the long term. These pipes, which consist mainly of titanium alloyed with aluminum and tin, are designed to operate steadily in the most demanding environments. They are best suited to demanding applications in aerospace, marine, and chemical processing sectors. Fajar Nickel Alloys complies with strict international standards of manufacturing, such that each Titanium Grade 6 Pipe serves global standards for quality, performance, and consistency across various industrial segments.
Titanium Grade 6 Pipes (UNS R54520 / DIN 3.7114) contain about 90–94% titanium with 4.0–6.0% aluminum and 1.0–1.5% tin as major alloying elements. These additions considerably enhance the strength, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature characteristics of the pipe. The mechanical profile has a tensile strength of ~825 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, and elongation of 10–15%. With a density of 4.43 g/cm³, these pipes offer a superior strength-to-weight ratio, suitable for weight–sensitive, high–stress applications. Their superior oxidation and corrosive media resistance places them among the best options for demanding industrial applications.
