Fajar Nickel Alloys is a top manufacturer and supplier based in Jakarta, Indonesia, known for providing top–notch industrial metal solutions. Of its upscale products, Titanium Grade 4 Pipes are best known for their superlative strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and extended durability. Designed to face harsh environments, these pipes are best suited for high-criticality applications in the aerospace, marine, and chemical processing sectors. With a focus on precision manufacturing and global quality standards, Fajar Nickel Alloys guarantees every product to perform and stand the test of time. Clients worldwide place their faith in Fajar Nickel Alloys for long-lasting, high-performing piping solutions that suit their industrial requirements.
Titanium Grade 4 Pipes (UNS R50700 / DIN 3.7065) consist of 90–94% titanium with alloying components like aluminum (6.0–7.0%) and vanadium (3.5–4.5%) that improve strength and corrosion resistance considerably. These tubes have excellent mechanical characteristics such as tensile strength of ~550 MPa, yield strength of 480 MPa, and 15% elongation. With a density of 4.43 g/cm³, they have a high strength-to-weight ratio, making them ideal for high-performance and weight-critical applications. Their good formability, weldability, and resistance to oxidation add to their ability to survive demanding industrial conditions.

Titanium Grade 4 Pipes are best suited to industries that demand strength as well as corrosion resistance under extreme operating conditions. In the aerospace industry, they are utilized for airframe structures and fuel systems because of their strength-lightweight properties. In the marine industry, they offer consistent performance in seawater systems, a resistance to saltwater corrosion. In chemical processing, the pipes are resistant to corrosive liquids and high temperatures for safety and durability. They are also used in power generation plants, heat exchangers, and desalination plants where durability against harsh environments is a requirement over the long term. Their high performance makes them a reliable option for critical, high-stress applications.
