Titanium Grade 12 Pipes (UNS R53400 / DIN 3.7105) consist of about 0.3% molybdenum, 0.8% nickel, and the rest titanium, with small amounts of iron (max 0.25%) and oxygen (max 0.15%). These add to the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy, particularly in acidic and chloride-bearing situations. Their mechanical properties are a tensile strength of ~550 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 20%. Having a density of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Gr 12 Pipes are both strong and lightweight, providing superior resistance to oxidation, high thermal stability, and long-term performance in severe industrial conditions.
