Fajar Nickel Alloys is a reliable producer and supplier of high-quality Titanium Grade 11 Pipes, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Known for their superior strength, resistance to corrosion, and hardness, these pipes are perfectly suitable for application in the aerospace, marine, and chemical processing sectors. Made of titanium alloyed with aluminum, vanadium, and palladium, they provide superior fatigue resistance and stability in high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Regardless of deployment in harsh aircraft applications, seawater desalination, or corrosive chemical transportation, Titanium Gr 11 Pipes provide reliable performance. Fajar Nickel Alloys supplies custom-engineered solutions for specific industrial applications with guaranteed long-term reliability and optimum quality.
Titanium Grade 11 Pipes (UNS R56320 / DIN 3.7195) consist of around 3% aluminum, 2.5% vanadium, 0.25% palladium, and the remainder titanium, trace amounts of iron (maximum 0.25%) and oxygen (maximum 0.15%). All these alloying elements improve corrosion resistance and thermal performance. The pipes have a tensile strength of ~620 MPa, yield strength of 480 MPa, and elongation of 18%, which ensures great formability and fatigue strength. Having a density of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Gr 11 Pipes provide a very high strength-to-weight ratio and are perfect for structure and pressure-bearing environments in all critical sectors.

Titanium Grade 11 Tubes are much sought after in industries that need corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, and thermal stability. In the aerospace sector, they are applied to hydraulic systems, engine parts, and fuel pipes because of their high pressure and temperature endurance. The marine industry employs these tubes in shipbuilding, desalination plants, and offshore rigs because of their corrosion resistance to seawater. They are best suited for processing aggressive fluids and gases in chemical processing and petrochemical facilities. Moreover, they are biocompatible and, therefore, especially suitable for medical implants and devices to provide security and durable performance in health applications.
