Fajar Nickel Alloys’ Zirconium Bars are generally crafted from Zirconium 702 or 705, featuring over 99.2% pure zirconium along with trace amounts of alloying elements such as hafnium (<4.5%), iron, and oxygen. These bars exhibit outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic and high-temperature settings. Zirconium 702 delivers a tensile strength of about 380 MPa, excellent ductility, and a melting point of approximately 1,852°C. Meanwhile, Zirconium 705, which is alloyed with niobium, provides enhanced strength without sacrificing corrosion resistance. These bars are also non-magnetic, highly ductile, and thermally stable, making them ideal for demanding chemical and nuclear environments.
