Fajar Nickel Alloys’ Titanium Wire is generally made from commercially pure Titanium Grade 1 or Grade 2, as well as alloyed grades like Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). The Grade 2 wire consists of about 99% titanium, along with trace amounts of elements like oxygen and iron, which provide excellent ductility and corrosion resistance. On the other hand, Grade 5 wire contains 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, resulting in superior tensile strength. The mechanical properties differ by grade, with tensile strength ranging from 350 MPa for Grade 2 to 950 MPa for Grade 5. These wires are lightweight, easy to weld, fatigue-resistant, and maintain their performance in high-stress and corrosive environments.
