Fajar Nickel Alloys’ Titanium Tubing comes in both commercially pure grades (such as Grade 2) and alloyed grades (like Grade 5 – Ti-6Al-4V). Grade 2 is composed of about 98.9% titanium, with trace amounts of oxygen, iron, and other elements, providing excellent corrosion resistance and decent ductility. On the other hand, Grade 5 includes 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, which enhances its strength and heat resistance. The mechanical properties vary, featuring tensile strengths from 350 to 950 MPa, yield strengths between 275 and 880 MPa, and elongation rates of 10 to 25%, depending on the grade. These tubes are not only highly formable and weldable but also perfect for high-stress, corrosive, or weight-sensitive applications.
