Fajar Nickel Alloys’ Titanium Screws are generally produced from Grade 2 (commercially pure titanium) or Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). Grade 2 consists of about 98.9% titanium, along with small amounts of oxygen and iron, which gives it excellent corrosion resistance and decent ductility. On the other hand, Grade 5 incorporates 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, resulting in high tensile strength (around 900–950 MPa) and exceptional fatigue resistance. These screws are not only lightweight and non-magnetic but also maintain their mechanical integrity even in extreme temperatures and harsh chemical conditions. Whether used in structural, medical, or industrial applications, Fajar’s titanium screws provide an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, biocompatibility, and resistance to rust, acids, and seawater.
