Titanium Grade 5 Tube Fittings, also referred to as Ti-6Al-4V, consist of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, which offers an impressive combination of strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance. These fittings have a tensile strength of approximately 930 MPa, a density of 4.43 g/cm³, and good fatigue resistance.
