Titanium Grade 5 Flanges consist of an alloy with 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, providing a strong blend of light weight strength and corrosion resistance. These flanges have a tensile strength of 895 MPa, yield strength of 828 MPa, and elongation of 10% and are appropriate for applications with high stresses. They retain their integrity even at high temperatures and are resistant to oxidation and hostile chemicals, such as seawater.
