Titanium Grade 2 Tubing consists of about 99.2% titanium along with minute amounts of iron (up to 0.30%), oxygen (up to 0.25%), carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. This commercially pure titanium provides a great combination of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. The tubing has excellent weldability, elevated temperature resistance, and tensile strength of approximately 344 MPa. Its low density and biocompatibility qualify it for use in medical applications and guarantee long-term reliability in chemical, marine, and aerospace environments with requirements for toughness in extreme operating conditions.
