Titanium Grade 2 Pipe Fittings are made of 99.2% pure titanium with trace impurities like iron (0.3%), oxygen (0.25%), carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. These fittings provide a tensile strength of around 345 MPa, a yield strength of 275 MPa, and an elongation of about 20%, with a good strength-to-weight ratio. Offering excellent weldability, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature performance, these are best suited to utilize in chemically aggressive and high-stress applications. Their light weight and acid and chloride resistance make them a reliable option for mission-critical industrial systems.
