Titanium Grade 2 Bolts contain commercially pure titanium (99.2%), trace elements of iron (0.3%), oxygen (0.25%), carbon (0.08%), nitrogen (0.03%), and hydrogen (0.015%). These bolts have a tensile strength of around 275 MPa, yield strength of 170 MPa, and an elongation of 20%, with very good formability and fatigue endurance.
