Grade 2 contains about 98.9% titanium, providing excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and ductility. On the other hand, Grade 5 is an alpha-beta alloy that includes 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, offering superior strength (with tensile strength around 900–950 MPa), fatigue resistance, and high-temperature performance. These bars are lightweight (with a density of about 4.5 g/cm³), non-magnetic, and biocompatible, making them perfect for both structural and medical uses.
