Fajar Nickel Alloys, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Titanium Ball Valves, specifically crafted for tough industrial applications. These valves are celebrated for their remarkable corrosion resistance, strength, and reliability, making them perfect for handling aggressive substances in sectors like chemical, marine, offshore, and pharmaceuticals. Available in various grades, including commercially pure Titanium Grade 2 and the more robust Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Fajar Nickel Alloys’ titanium ball valves ensure precise flow control, boast a long service life, and require minimal maintenance. With a commitment to engineering excellence and quality assurance, Fajar Nickel Alloys provides durable valve solutions for even the most extreme operating conditions.
Fajar Nickel Alloys’ Titanium Ball Valves are generally made from either Grade 2 or Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium. Grade 2 is about 98.9% pure titanium, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and weldability, while Grade 5, which includes 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, offers enhanced strength (around 900 MPa tensile) and durability. These valves are lightweight, non-magnetic, and highly resistant to seawater, chlorides, acids, and high temperatures. Their strong mechanical properties and tight sealing capabilities make them perfect for high-pressure and high-purity applications, ensuring outstanding operational stability and chemical resistance in even the toughest environments.
