Fajar Nickel Alloys is a reliable manufacturer and distributor of Super Duplex Steel Tube Fittings S32750, with headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. Focusing on precision engineering and stable quality, we supply tube fittings that provide greater strength, high corrosion resistance, and exceptional durability. These fittings are particularly appropriate for high-pressure and temperature applications in oil and gas, chemical processing, and marine industries. Engineered to withstand pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, our S32750 fittings provide long-term reliability in the most hostile environments. At Fajar Nickel Alloys, we promise to provide first-rate products and reliable service to the global industries.
Super Duplex Steel S32750 Tube Fittings are made up of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.6% molybdenum, 0.3% nitrogen, and balanced iron, creating a dual-phase austenitic-ferritic microstructure. This composition provides superior resistance to corrosion caused by chlorides, pitting, and crevice attack. Mechanically, the fittings provide a tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, and superior impact toughness even at sub-zero temperatures. Their superior strength-to-weight ratio, combined with excellent weldability and fatigue life, renders them suitable for use in demanding industrial applications.
