Super Duplex Steel Tube Fittings generally consist of a balanced combination of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, providing better mechanical and corrosion resistance properties. The typical composition comprises about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, significantly enhancing pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. The fittings have around 800–850 MPa tensile strength, 550 MPa yield strength, and better impact toughness.
