Super Duplex Steel S32760 Stud Bolts possess a double-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite, which grants them outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion protection. They have 24-26% chromium, 6-8% nickel, 3-4% molybdenum, 0.2-0.3% nitrogen, and minute amounts of copper and tungsten. These bolts provide tensile strength to 800 MPa, yield strength of about 550 MPa, and excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Their strengthened toughness, even under low temperatures, provides consistency and endurance in high-pressure, corrosive, and marine conditions.
