Fajar Nickel Alloys, a reliable manufacturer and supplier in Jakarta, Indonesia, is an expert producer of quality Super Duplex Steel Stud Bolts S32750. Designed for long-lasting performance and excellence, these stud bolts are specially tailored for applications in severe industrial conditions, such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and marine industries. Famed for their superior strength, superior corrosion resistance, and extended service life, our S32750 stud bolts are designed to meet the harsh demands of critical applications. Emphasizing quality control, precision engineering, and customer satisfaction, Fajar Nickel Alloys ensures consistent fastening solutions that work reliably under extreme conditions.
Super Duplex Steel S32750 Stud Bolts possess a dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite with an ideal balance between strength and corrosion resistance. The normal chemical composition consists of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, and traces of manganese, silicon, and copper. Stud bolts having these compositions exhibit tensile strength up to 800 MPa, yield strength approximately 550 MPa, and good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. They are best suited for high-pressure, corrosive, and offshore applications due to their better mechanical strength and oxidation resistance.

Super Duplex Steel Stud Bolts S32750 are commonly used in high-stress, high-performance applications such as mechanical strength and corrosion resistance being critical. In the oil and gas sector, they are utilized in subsea pipelines, offshore platforms, and pressure vessels subject to seawater and chlorides. In chemical plants, they resist exposure to aggressive solvents and acids. Marine industries rely on them for ship construction, harbor facilities, and desalination plants because of their chloride stress corrosion resistance. They are also widely used in power generation systems, petrochemical, and pollution control systems for safety and durability under severe operating conditions.
