Fajar Nickel Alloys, established in Jakarta, Indonesia, is a reliable manufacturer and provider of Super Duplex Steel Stud Bolts known for their high strength, toughness, and resistance to corrosion. Designed for demanding uses in the oil & gas, marine, and chemical sectors, our stud bolts exhibit extraordinary performance under harsh pressure and temperature stress. Produced through state-of-the-art methods and rigorous quality control, every product meets international specifications to provide reliability and long lifespan. Fajar Nickel Alloys is the preferred supplier for high-quality fastening solutions in Indonesia and worldwide, backed by a commitment to excellence.
Super Duplex Steel Stud Bolts exhibit a two-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite with a typical composition of 25% Chromium, 7% Nickel, 3.5% Molybdenum, and Nitrogen. The composition of this bolt is highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. The bolts have high tensile strength (700–900 MPa), excellent ductility, and toughness even at higher temperatures. Due to their better mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, they give a stable and long-lasting performance under severe and aggressive conditions, proving to be very reliable for structural and pressure-bearing applications.
