Super Duplex Steel Coil S32760 boasts a well-balanced composition, featuring around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, and nitrogen, along with small amounts of copper and tungsten. This unique alloy offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. Its mechanical properties are impressive, showcasing a tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, a yield strength of about 550 MPa, and good elongation at 25%. The dual-phase microstructure of the material enhances both strength and toughness, while its excellent weldability and workability make it ideal for complex fabrication in challenging environments.
