Super Duplex Steel Coils typically feature about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, and nitrogen, resulting in a well-balanced austenitic-ferritic microstructure. This unique composition provides remarkable mechanical strength, with tensile strength reaching up to 800 MPa and yield strength around 550 MPa. These coils are known for their exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, especially in chloride-rich and seawater environments. They maintain their structural integrity even under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, making them ideal for critical and long-term applications.
