Super Duplex Needle Valves are crafted from alloys like UNS S32750 (F53) and UNS S32760 (F55), which include around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, and 0.25% nitrogen. These components give the valves a high tensile strength of about 800 MPa, excellent yield strength of around 550 MPa, and remarkable resistance to corrosion, especially against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-rich environments. The dual-phase microstructure also boosts fatigue resistance and stability against erosion under high-pressure conditions. These valves ensure precise flow control and long-term reliability, even in aggressive and dynamic processing systems.
