Permalloy Round Bar is made up of about 80% nickel and 20% iron, which gives it remarkable magnetic permeability and low coercivity. This unique composition results in excellent soft magnetic behavior, making it perfect for electromagnetic applications. Typically, the mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 500–600 MPa and impressive ductility. The material also features low magnetostriction and high magnetic saturation, which facilitate efficient energy transfer and signal integrity.
