Permalloy Foil from Fajar Metals is generally made up of around 80% Nickel and 20% Iron, providing incredibly high magnetic permeability and very low coercivity. This soft magnetic alloy excels in electromagnetic shielding and shows minimal core losses in alternating current (AC) magnetic fields. It has a tensile strength ranging from 400 to 600 MPa and is easily formable thanks to its ductility. Our foils are crafted in ultra-thin gauges, down to microns, with precise dimensional tolerances. After careful annealing, they achieve a uniform grain structure, boosting both magnetic and mechanical performance for precision electronic applications.
