Fajar Metals’ Nitinol Superelastic Tubes consist of about 55% Nickel and 45% Titanium, fine-tuned through specialized heat treatment to activate superelastic behavior at body or ambient temperatures (usually between 20°C and 37°C). These tubes boast a tensile strength ranging from 700 to 1900 MPa, impressive fatigue resistance, and recoverable strains of up to 8% without any plastic deformation. They also offer excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and kink resistance, making them particularly valuable in delicate or cyclic-load applications. Our tubes are available in seamless construction with tight dimensional tolerances, meeting ASTM F2063 standards for both medical and industrial use.
