Nitinol Sheets and Plates from Fajar Metals are primarily made up of a nearly equal atomic mix of Nickel (around 55%) and Titanium (about 45%). This distinctive blend gives rise to two essential properties: shape memory and superelasticity. The material can be fine-tuned to have a transformation temperature range from −20°C to +110°C. Nitinol boasts a tensile strength between 700 and 1900 MPa and can elongate up to 10–15%, all while showing excellent fatigue resistance. Our sheets and plates undergo cold-rolling and annealing processes to achieve the best grain structure, making them ideal for critical applications that demand precision, flexibility, and durability under cyclic loading.
