Our Super Duplex Steel Bars are crafted from alloys like S32750 and S32760, which include approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, and nitrogen. This unique dual-phase (austenitic-ferritic) microstructure provides remarkable tensile strength (up to 800 MPa), high yield strength (around 550 MPa), and excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. These bars retain their toughness and durability even in extreme temperatures and corrosive conditions, making them perfect for critical applications.
