Fajar Metals’ Nickel Alloy Nuts are crafted from premium alloys such as Inconel®, Monel®, Hastelloy®, and Nickel 200/201, featuring nickel content that ranges from 65% to over 99%. These alloys provide outstanding resistance to oxidation, as well as acidic and alkaline corrosion, along with thermal stress. Depending on the grade and treatment, the nuts boast tensile strengths from 450 MPa to over 1000 MPa, maintaining their integrity even at temperatures reaching 1000°C. They are precision-machined and available in cold-worked, annealed, or heat-treated forms, ensuring high strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and reliable thread engagement for critical fastening needs.
