Fajar Metals stands out as a leading manufacturer and supplier of top-notch Nickel Alloy Flanges right in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our flanges are crafted with care from high-quality nickel-based alloys, built to endure the toughest industrial challenges, including extreme temperatures, corrosive environments, and high pressures. We cater to various sectors like oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and marine, ensuring that each flange adheres to strict international standards such as ASTM and ASME. With our precision machining and thorough quality control, our Nickel Alloy Flanges promise outstanding durability, leak-tight performance, and reliability for crucial pipeline and equipment connections.
Fajar Metals’ Nickel Alloy Flanges are made from high-performance alloys like Inconel®, Monel®, Hastelloy®, and Nickel 200/201, boasting nickel content that ranges from 65% to 99%. These alloys are known for their remarkable resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and mechanical wear, with tensile strengths typically falling between 450 MPa and 1000 MPa. The flanges maintain excellent thermal stability, preserving their mechanical integrity at temperatures up to 1000°C, depending on the alloy grade. Manufactured as either forged or welded components, they undergo precise machining to meet specific dimensional and surface finish standards, ensuring reliable sealing and structural strength.
