Nickel Alloy 201 Tubing consists of high-purity content of nickel (min. 99.5%) with a very low carbon level, making it suitable for applications where graphitization resistance is important. It possesses superior corrosion resistance in neutral and slightly reducing conditions, such as acids and alkalis. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of approximately 403 MPa, yield strength of about 100 MPa, and good ductility. It also has high resistance to oxidation, thermal stress, and structural stability at high temperatures, providing long-lasting performance with severe chemical and thermal operating conditions.
