Nickel Alloy 201 Pipe Fittings are constructed from wrought commercially pure nickel (≥99.5%), with low carbon content to limit graphitization at high temperatures. They have superior corrosion resistance in acidic and reducing conditions, coupled with superior thermal and electrical conductivity. Major mechanical characteristics consist of tensile strength of ~403 MPa, yield strength approximately 100 MPa, and superior ductility. These fittings also provide high oxidation resistance, thermal stability, and good weldability, qualifying them for heat-intensive and chemically aggressive uses in a wide range of high-performance industries.
