With its headquarters located in Jakarta, Indonesia, Fajar Metals is a prominent producer and supplier of high-quality Nickel Alloy 200 Flanges. We are well-known for our proficiency with corrosion-resistant materials and offer flanges that satisfy the highest industrial requirements. Our Nickel 200 Flanges are made to perform exceptionally well in environments that are extremely corrosive and reducing. Fajar Metals serves important industries like chemical processing, marine, and power generation with sophisticated manufacturing techniques, strict quality control, and a customer-centric approach. Our extensive selection of Nickel Alloy 200 flanges guarantees efficiency, dependability, and longevity under harsh operating circumstances in both domestic and foreign markets.
Commercially pure wrought nickel with a low carbon content (99.5% minimum) is known as Nickel Alloy 200. It has outstanding mechanical qualities, such as a yield strength of 140 MPa, a tensile strength of roughly 450 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 45%. The alloy exhibits exceptional resistance to corrosion caused by caustic alkalis, acids, and chloride stress. Even at high temperatures, it retains good ductility and thermal conductivity, with a density of 8.89 g/cm³. It is perfect for applications needing resistance to oxidation and corrosion in reducing environments because of its structural integrity and purity.
