Fajar Nickel Alloys is a leading producer and supplier of nickel alloy products with high performance, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are specialized in the production of Monel coils, specifically designed to withstand tough requirements of different industries. With outstanding corrosion resistance, high strength, and wear-resistant properties, our Monel coils are best suited for applications in extreme conditions. With an uncompromising focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we offer customized solutions in line with global standards. For marine, chemical, or industrial uses, Fajar Nickel Alloys offers durable and efficient Monel coil solutions to complement the success of your operations.
Monel coils consist mostly of nickel (63–70%) and copper (28–34%), with small additions of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. This nickel-copper alloy possesses superior resistance to corrosion in seawater, acidic, and alkaline conditions. Monel has high tensile strength, superior thermal conductivity, and a melting point of approximately 1300°C. The alloy is resistant to stress corrosion cracking and retains its toughness and strength over a broad temperature range. Due to ease of fabrication and fair weldability, Monel coils are suitable for high-stress and high-performance services in aggressive industrial applications.

Monel coils have extensive use in industries that demand strong materials with good performance in corrosive and high-temperature applications. In marine engineering, they find application in seawater piping, pump shafts, and heat exchangers because of their saltwater corrosion resistance. In chemical processing, Monel coils find use when they handle acidic and alkaline chemicals. The oil and gas industry depends on them for offshore drilling equipment, valves, and pressure vessels. Monel coils are employed by power generation and aerospace industries in turbine parts and high-temperature systems. Their corrosion resistance, strength, and durability make Monel coils necessary in high-demand and critical applications.
