Jethete M152 Square Bars are made from martensitic stainless steel alloys, primarily consisting of Iron (Fe), 12% Chromium (Cr), 2% Nickel (Ni), 1% Molybdenum (Mo), along with carefully controlled amounts of Carbon, Silicon, and Manganese. These bars undergo a vacuum-melting process, resulting in high strength, good creep resistance, and remarkable toughness at elevated temperatures. Their typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength ranging from 1000 to 1250 MPa, a yield strength of 900 MPa, and a hardness of about 300 HB. Jethete M152 also excels in resisting stress corrosion cracking and maintaining dimensional stability, making it a great choice for critical aerospace and engineering applications.
