Jakarta, Indonesia-based Fajar Nickel Alloys is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance Inconel pipes to deliver outstanding performance in even the most demanding conditions. With their impeccable durability, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, our Inconel pipes set strict industry standards among markets like aerospace, chemical processing, marine, and energy generation. With an emphasis on accurate engineering and client satisfaction, we provide tailored Inconel pipe solutions that meet your unique application requirements. Rely on Fajar Nickel Alloys to provide high-performance piping systems that provide long-term reliability and lower maintenance in harsh conditions.
Inconel pipes are made of nickel-chromium-based superalloys, commonly having 50–72% nickel, 14–23% chromium, and small amounts of molybdenum, iron, niobium, and titanium, depending on the grade (e.g., Inconel 600, 625, 718). The alloys provide outstanding tensile strength (up to 1380 MPa), oxidation resistance, and enhanced thermal stability. Inconel pipes retain their mechanical strength under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, providing resistance to thermal fatigue, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidation degradation. Their superior weldability and formability make them a top choice for heavy-duty, long-life, and complex industrial piping systems.

Inconel pipes are critical in applications that need high strength, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance in harsh environments. In the aerospace sector, they are applied in engine parts, jet exhaust systems, and afterburners. In chemical processing, they deal with high-temperature fluids, steam, and aggressive chemicals. Power generation employs them in gas turbines, boilers, and heat exchangers, while oil and gas and marine sectors depend on them for subsea pipelines, downhole tubing, and seawater-exposed desalination systems. Their durability and low maintenance needs make Inconel pipes unavoidable in harsh, high-performance applications.
