At Fajar Nickel Alloys, we are proud to be a leading manufacturer and supplier of Inconel forged fittings in Jakarta, Indonesia. Driven by quality, precision, and performance, we ensure our fittings meet the most stringent industrial standards. Our Inconel forged fittings are developed to withstand high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive conditions and deliver long-term durability and operating reliability. Whether used in aerospace, pharmaceuticals, or marine systems, our products are engineered for optimal functionality. Fajar Nickel Alloys ensures every fitting is manufactured to international standards, making us a trusted name in the field of advanced alloy components.
Inconel forged fittings are typically made from Inconel 600 or 625, composed of nickel (58–72%), chromium (14–23%), iron, molybdenum, and trace elements like titanium and niobium. These fittings have high tensile strength, good fatigue resistance, and better heat-fatigue strength. Resistant to oxidation and corrosion above 1000°C, they are also resistant to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking. Due to their very high thermal stability, mechanical strength, and weldability, Inconel forged fittings are perfectly suitable for harsh environments where pressure as well as temperature variations are routine.

Inconel forged fittings find extensive application in high-temperature and high-pressure systems in several industrial sectors. They are used in jet engines, exhaust systems, and heat shields in the aerospace industry. They resist corrosive fluids and gases in chemical processing. They are depended upon by power generation plants for use in turbines, reactors, and boilers because they are stable under thermal stress. In the marine industry, they fight corrosion by saltwater and high humidity levels. Their durable design provides seal–tight connections, which can be applied to heat exchangers, gas turbines, and other applications wh
