Inconel Check Valves are mostly made of nickel-chromium-based superalloys like Inconel 600, 625, or 718. These alloys consist of nickel (58–72%), chromium (14–23%), iron, molybdenum, and minor niobium and carbon, depending on the grade. They have high tensile strength (up to 1380 MPa) mechanically, great creep resistance, oxidation resistance up to 1200°C, and excellent thermal fatigue resistance. Their metallurgical stability and mechanical ruggedness under cyclic thermal and mechanical loading make them perfectly suitable for valves working in hostile, high-stress application environments.
