Fajar Nickel Alloys, an established Jakarta, Indonesia-based manufacturer and supplier, focuses on producing high-quality Inconel bolts suitable for high-stress and high-temperature applications. Precision-made and engineered to last, our Inconel bolts—particularly those made from Inconel 601—are highly resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and thermal degradation. These performance–enhanced fasteners are best suited for mission-critical industrial uses where dependability is not a negotiable item. Here at Fajar Nickel Alloys, we blend superior materials, stringent quality control, and technical know-how to address the changing needs of aerospace, chemical, marine, and power generation industries. Rely on us for strength, durability, and pressure performance.
Inconel bolts consist of high proportions of nickel (58–63%) and chromium (21–25%) and contain other elements such as iron, molybdenum, aluminum, titanium, and carbon for added strength and corrosion resistance. These fasteners possess high tensile strength (up to 1000 MPa), superior creep resistance, and oxidation stability at temperatures up to 1200°C. Inconel bolts are self-protective under extreme thermal cycling and corrosive conditions. Their high metallurgical stability, stress corrosion cracking resistance, and strong performance under mechanical stress make them applicable for highly technical and challenging industrial environments.

Inconel bolts are extensively used in those industries that require resistance against high temperatures, stress, and corrosion. They find extensive application in aerospace, where they fasten critical equipment in aircraft engines, gas turbines, and spacecraft assemblies. In chemical processing units and petrochemical complexes, Inconel bolts resist hostile chemicals and changing pressures. Power plants and seashore environments also use Inconel bolts for resisting corrosion by saltwater and high-pressure steam. Due to their unparalleled strength and stability, Inconel bolts are a reliable option for holding machinery in high-temperature, high-pressure, and technically rigorous environments.
