Inconel 800H Bars are made up of roughly 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, with Iron making up the rest, along with a touch of Carbon (0.05–0.10%) and Aluminum/Titanium (total ≤1.2%) to enhance strength at higher temperatures. This alloy is known for its outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 600–750 MPa, yield strength of around 275–450 MPa, and elongation reaching 30–40%. Inconel 800H maintains its structural integrity even under thermal stress and extended exposure to temperatures exceeding 600°C, making it perfect for furnace components and heat-exposed structural elements.
