Fajar Metals stands out as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Incoloy Coils, proudly based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We specialize in delivering top-notch alloy coils that are engineered to perform exceptionally well in tough industrial settings, including high temperatures and corrosive environments. Our Incoloy Coils are crafted with cutting-edge technology and meet rigorous international standards, ensuring they are durable, precise, and consistently high in quality. With a solid foothold in the Southeast Asian market, Fajar Metals serves various sectors such as petrochemical, power generation, marine, and aerospace. We provide both standard and custom coil sizes to fulfill specific client needs, guaranteeing optimal performance in critical industrial applications.
Incoloy Coils are primarily made up of nickel (42–46%), chromium (19–23%), and iron, with other elements like molybdenum, titanium, copper, and aluminum varying by alloy grade (for instance, Incoloy 800, 800H, 825). These coils are known for their outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and different types of aqueous and chemical corrosion. Their mechanical properties include tensile strength between 550–750 MPa, yield strength of 250–400 MPa, and elongation of up to 45%. Incoloy maintains its mechanical stability and corrosion resistance even under prolonged exposure to high temperatures, making it perfect for applications that involve thermal cycling and aggressive chemical processing.
