Fajar Metals follows strict international standards to guarantee quality, reliability, and precision in every product. Their Incoloy 825 Valves are widely utilized in industries such as chemical processing, oil & gas, marine, and pollution control. With cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities and a dedication to excellence, Fajar Metals has become a go-to supplier for durable, long-lasting valve solutions throughout Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Incoloy 825 Valves are made up of nickel (38–46%), iron (the balance), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3.0%), and titanium (0.6–1.2%). This unique blend offers remarkable resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, as well as protection against chloride stress-corrosion cracking and pitting. On the mechanical side, the alloy boasts a tensile strength of about 550 MPa, a yield strength of around 220 MPa, and an elongation of 30–40%. Incoloy 825 remains stable in both oxidizing and reducing environments, ensuring it can withstand thermal and mechanical stress. Its excellent weldability and formability also make it ideal for custom valve designs and precise engineering needs.
