Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Forged Fittings are made from nickel-iron-chromium alloys, with precise amounts of aluminum and titanium added to enhance their resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. The 800H and 800HT versions feature a higher carbon content and undergo special heat treatments to boost their creep and rupture strength during prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Typically, these fittings show tensile strengths between 520 to 600 MPa and yield strengths around 205 to 270 MPa, offering good ductility and long-term stability in elevated temperature conditions.
