Fajar Metals stands out as a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Hastelloy Screws, proudly based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our screws are celebrated for their exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, making them perfect for even the toughest industrial settings, including highly acidic, marine, and high-temperature environments. Crafted from premium materials like Hastelloy C-22, C-276, and B-2, we offer a variety of head styles, thread types, and sizes. Whether you need them for chemical reactors, offshore equipment, or pharmaceutical systems, Fajar Metals delivers fastening solutions that meet global standards for strength, durability, and corrosion resistance in extreme conditions.
Hastelloy Screws are typically made from C-276 or C-22 alloys, which consist of about 57–60% Nickel, 15–22% Molybdenum, 14–16% Chromium, along with trace amounts of Iron, Tungsten, and Cobalt. These alloys provide remarkable resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in both oxidizing and reducing environments. Their mechanical properties boast a tensile strength of 690–850 MPa, yield strength of 300–450 MPa, and elongation of up to 45%. Even when faced with high temperatures, strong acids, and high-pressure systems, Hastelloy screws maintain their integrity and strength, making them perfect for critical fastening applications.

Hastelloy Screws find their place in a variety of industries where standard fasteners might corrode or fail. They are essential in chemical processing equipment, marine structures, pharmaceutical manufacturing, pulp and paper mills, and nuclear plants. These screws excel at securing components in acidic, chloride-rich, and high-temperature settings, such as chemical tanks, heat exchangers, valves, and pump systems. Additionally, they are frequently used in offshore oil and gas installations due to their impressive resistance to seawater corrosion.
