Fajar Metals stands out as a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high-performance Hastelloy Forgings, proudly based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Crafted from top-notch nickel-based alloys, our forgings offer exceptional corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability, even in the toughest industrial settings. We provide both custom and standard forged components, including rings, discs, flanges, shafts, and blocks, all produced to meet rigorous international standards. Catering to sectors like chemical processing, aerospace, marine, and power generation, Fajar Metals guarantees meticulous metallurgy and quality assurance in every product. Our Hastelloy Forgings are perfect for applications that demand long-lasting durability in harsh chemical and high-temperature environments.
Hastelloy Forgings are generally produced from grades like Hastelloy C-276, C-22, or B-2, which are nickel-based alloys rich in molybdenum and chromium. The composition typically includes around 57–60% Nickel, 15–22% Molybdenum, 14–16% Chromium, along with trace elements like iron, cobalt, and tungsten. These forgings are known for their outstanding resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and both oxidizing and reducing environments. Their mechanical properties boast a tensile strength ranging from 690–850 MPa, yield strength between 300–450 MPa, and an elongation of up to 45%. Hastelloy maintains impressive strength and structural integrity, even under extreme mechanical and thermal stress.
