Hastelloy Ball Valves from Fajar Metals are generally crafted from Hastelloy C-276 or C-22, primarily consisting of nickel (around 57%), along with notable amounts of molybdenum (15–17%), chromium (14.5–16%), iron (about 5%), and trace elements like cobalt and tungsten. These alloys are known for their outstanding resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidizing agents. In terms of mechanical properties, they boast a tensile strength of approximately 760 MPa, a yield strength of 283 MPa, and an elongation of around 40%. Even in extreme temperatures and corrosive settings, these valves maintain their strength and ductility, adhering to ASTM B622 and NACE standards.
