Duplex Steel Valves from Fajar Metals are generally made from grades such as UNS S31803 or S32205, containing around 22% chromium, 5–6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, along with trace amounts of nitrogen and manganese, with iron making up the rest. These dual-phase (austenitic-ferritic) alloys provide outstanding corrosion resistance and impressive mechanical strength. The valves boast a tensile strength ranging from 620 to 800 MPa, a yield strength of about 450 MPa, and an elongation of 25 to 30%. They excel in aggressive environments, including those rich in chlorides and acids, meeting international standards like ASTM A995 and NACE MR0175.
