Duplex Steel Manifold Valves are typically made from grades such as UNS S31803 or S32205. Their composition features 21–23% chromium, 4.5–6.5% nickel, 2.5–3.5% molybdenum, nitrogen, and the remainder being iron. The dual-phase (austenitic-ferritic) structure provides impressive mechanical strength and excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. These valves generally have a tensile strength ranging from 620–880 MPa and a yield strength of about 450 MPa. Their ability to endure high pressure and temperature conditions makes them perfect for critical control systems in corrosive and high-stress industrial settings.
