Copper Nickel Tubing is mainly available in two standard compositions: 90% Copper and 10% Nickel (90/10) and 70% Copper and 30% Nickel (70/30), with carefully controlled amounts of Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. These tubes demonstrate tensile strength ranging from 275 to 420 MPa, yield strength between 105 and 180 MPa, and exceptional elongation and thermal conductivity. Highly resistant to chloride-induced corrosion, stress cracking, and biofouling, Cu-Ni tubing performs reliably in both static and high-flow conditions. It also offers excellent weldability, fabricability, and maintains dimensional stability under thermal stress.
